Howdy, I'm a third-year carpenter apprentice working for a custom home builder, where I’ve developed a broad and well-rounded skill set across a variety of residential projects. Working within a small, close-knit team has given me the chance to be involved in projects from the ground up through to completion, gaining hands-on experience across all stages of the build. This has allowed me to become adaptable and confident in taking on different tasks, and develop understanding of how each part of the process comes together. I'm passionate about building, take pride in quality workmanship, and am always looking to further develop my skills as I work toward becoming qualified.
Currently working with small crews, mainly on 2fix carpentry, installing architraves, doors, skirting, TV units, and more. Confidently using hand and power tools, including a hammer drill, circular saw, nail gun, and more. Have experience with timber and steel frames. Pursuing Certificate III in Carpentry and looking for opportunity as a Carpenter or junior carpenter. Safety-focused, physically fit, and eager to contribute to quality construction projects while learning from experienced tradespeople. Available for full-time work, including early starts, and flexible to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
